"Onwards and Upwards: Reforming Ukraine During the War" conference
Following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the country faced many daunting challenges. At the conference “Onward and Upward: Reforming Ukraine in Time of War”, organised by the analytical platform Vox Ukraine with the support of The National Endowment for Democracy (NED), the participants will discuss how these challenges were met, which success stories are time to scale up, and what lessons to learn.
The event will bring together Ukrainian and foreign government officials, civil servants, business leaders, experts, and representatives of civil society to foster a productive discussion and exchange of insights and experiences. Among the speakers are Roman Kachur, Ukraine’s representative at the World Bank; Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, former president of Croatia; Ivan Miklos, former Finance Minister of Slovakia and adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, and other well-known professionals.
