Prerequisites:
– Experience in higher education
– University degree desirable
– Good knowledge of English and German
– Good PC skills
– Preferably office experience
Tasks:
– Support the IC in advising on Germany as a study and research location (in person, virtually and by e-mail) and, if necessary, at fairs.
– Assist in answering written enquiries as part of the student advisory service by e-mail.
– Assist with stock control and maintenance, procurement of materials including customs clearance
– General office duties and database maintenance
– Assist with the creation of appropriate promotional materials
– Assist with translation work
