International Online Conference and Barcamp

As part of the project THEA Ukraine Lead, FH Münster University of Applied Sciences and Sumy State University invite you to participate in an international online conference and barcamp on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 10:00 to 15:20 (Ukrainian time).

The international online conference and Barcamp organised as part of the THEA Ukraine Lead project will bring together university leaders, HR managers, and other academic community representatives who are committed to ensuring decent and meaningful working conditions during wartime.

Participants will discuss intercultural approaches to decent work, team care, fair employment practices, burnout prevention, staff safety and wellbeing, providing support to displaced academics, and inclusive leadership and collaboration with international partners. The Barcamp format enables participants to create their own agenda, share experiences, and collaborate to find practical solutions for university leadership during and after the war.
