Call for Applications: ‘THEA Ukraine Lead’ Programme
The programme supports Ukrainian higher education institutions in the following areas:
– coping with the consequences of the war;
– post-war reconstruction;
integration into the European Higher Education Area.
Senior management from higher education institutions are invited to participate, including rectors, vice-rectors, deans, and heads of administrative departments.
With the support of Ukrainian and German experts and mentors, participants will undergo training in management, leadership and internationalisation while implementing change projects at their institutions.
The deadline for applications is 23 August 2026 at 00:00 CET.
