EAST-Donau Mentoring Programm

Das Mentoring-Programm soll hochqualifizierte Frauen aus osteuropäischen Ländern befähigen, eine wissenschaftliche Karriere als Professorin in Deutschland zu verwirklichen.

Ein Verbundprojekt der Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen, der Reutlingen University und der Hochschule für Wirtschaft, Technik und Gestaltung Konstanz.

Über einen Zeitraum von zwei Jahren erhalten Mentees ein breites Angebot bestehend aus:

Einem Tandem mit einem*r erfahrenen Professor*in aus einer der drei Hochschulen
Individuellen Coachings
Sprachkursen
Informationen und Trainings zur Hochschulstruktur und Berufungsverfahren in Deutschland
Trainings zur Vorbereitung auf eine Bewerbung für eine Professur an einer deutschen Hochschule
Peer-Mentoring
Beratung und Informationen durch die Koordinationsstelle und eingeladenen Expert*innen
Unterstützung in der Erfüllung von Berufungsvoraussetzungen, Vorbereitung auf die Berufung und Unterstützung im Bewerbungsprozess

Die erste Mentoring-Runde beginnt im Januar 2025.
