DESY: Ukrainian summer school for physics students

A Research Centre Deutsche Elektronen-Synchrotron (DESY) of the Helmholtz Association offers the DESY Ukraine School 2024 in parallel with the Summer Student programme, students enrolled at a Ukrainian university will have the opportunity to come to DESY and obtain first-hand research experience at a large international laboratory.

Participants in the 2024 Ukraine School will receive:

  • a guest allowance
  • accommodation at DESY (Hostel)
  • at least partial reimbursement of travel costs

An online program will be provided for male students accepted to the Ukraine School who are unable to travel in person to DESY.
